Unreasonable behavior

Back in the 1980s and 90s, I covered a number of air shows, often going along for the ride as in this WWII-era T-6 “Texan” — where I even managed to grab a self-portrait during a barrel roll. I remember the pilot telling me during the parachute drill that my cue to bail out would be if I saw him depart. Somehow, that seemed reasonable at the time. I found this print while looking for a Joe Paterno picture yesterday and hope to post more from the print archives soon. Joe Paterno, 1926-2012

It took some digging, but I just found this Joe Paterno photo — c.1989 — in a print box in my basement.
