*** PHOTO CAPTION: About 100 protesters, made up mostly by residents of the Ridge Avenue Homeless Shelter march through the City Hall courtyard Monday, demanding opportunity and an end to perpetual homelessness. The group, which included self-described ex-offenders, veterans, and senior citizens, chanted “Down with Martians! Up with people” in reference to the President’s recent call for space exploration. ©2004 / Philadelphia Daily News photo by Jim MacMillan, date:2/23/04,time:11:21:34 AM,shutter: 1/320,f:4.0,iso:400,lens:92,Philadelphia,PA,USA,Street Level Philadelphia
